SAP session expired

Your SAP session will expire after a period of inactivity. When this happens, you'll see the welcome screen again. Follow the Log in to SAP steps to reconnect and continue where you left off.

I forgot my password

Contact your system administrator. The administrator can give you a new password. Sign in with the new password, then change your password to a password only you know.

I made a mistake. Can I undo a change?

The system cannot undo changes automatically. If you created, updated, or deleted something by mistake, ask the system to reverse it (e.g. "Change the delivery date back to March 1").
